BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24-72 hours for appointment confirmation 

 

To book an appointment there is a $25 non- refundable deposit required. Deposit can be paid via cash app or directly from the booking link (If using cash app please include your name and appointment date of appointment in the subject line)

The deposit is separate from your service, your remaining balance can be viewed on service list.

**Deposit is non transferable**

 

Late policy:

You have a 15-minute grace period. Arrival after the 15-minute grace period will result in a late fee of $25.

 

Cancellation: 

Same day cancellations will result in another $25 deposit being invoiced to reschedule.

 

No Call/No Show:

Any arrival after 30 mins will result in cancellation of your appointment and you will be charged 75% of service price. Please keep communication open in any event of a cancellation.

For afterhours it is an additional $100, includes a basic facial or scalp stimulation and a Knapp Khemistry Hair Care Package 

 

No Extra Adult Guests
